We keep our policies simple and to the point.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE INVOICE
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE
So please retain the invoice that is shipped with your purchase.
Shipments over 150lbs
Orders over 150lbs in total weight require shipping confirmation.
If your order is over 150lbs, we will not calculate the shipping charges
on line. After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping charge and
email you with the total in order for you to confirm that we may charge the
total order including the calculated shipping charge.
Shipments Outside the 48 Contiguous United States
Orders to be shipped outside of the 48 Contiguous United States require
credit card confirmation as well as shipping confirmation.
You will see a Credit Card confirmation form with your purchase order if you pay online via our secure order system.

Please complete the form and photo copy both sides of your drivers license onto
the form and then fax it to us at (USA) ... (954) 968-3798
We will not ship orders outside of the USA without the completed Credit Card
confirmation form.
944online Telephone Support Policy
If you're planning on calling us to ask questions like :
How does your product compare to ABC product that you don't sell? Why is your product better than ABC product?
We cannot answer questions regarding products that we have never used or do not sell. There is no way we could give you a honest answer. We recommend calling the other company or vendor and asking them the same question.
My mechanic screwed up installing my parts on my 944. Can you tell my mechanic that he didn't install my parts correctly so he will fix it for free?
We cannot get in the middle of you and your mechanic. There are 2 things you need to ask yourself:
1) Did you supply your own parts?
2) Did you shop around to find a mechanic that would do the job the cheapest?
If you did supply your own parts we hope you worked it out with your mechanic first and you didn't just show up there with them. When you supply your own parts you are taking money out of the mechanics pocket so if it hasn't been previously arranged or you don't make it worth his while what incentive does he have to do the job right?
You wouldn't bring your own food to a resturant would you ?
Now if you found the cheapest mechanic to do the job then you got what you paid for. Although you may have to pay a little more for somebody who has expericance working on these cars at least the job will be done right the first time.
I bought one of the products you sell from another vendor and now I have a problem. Can you help me fix it?
We recommend contacting the vendor or manufacturer you purchased the parts
from for assistance. Unfortunately, our business model does not consist of
providing free technical support for other vendors or for individuals
who sell stuff on E Bay and that you can no longer get in touch with.....
