Our Policies We keep our policies simple and to the point. Shipments over 150lbs Orders over 150lbs in total weight require shipping confirmation. If your order is over 150lbs, we will not calculate the shipping charges on line. After receiving your order, we will calculate the shipping charge and email you with the total in order for you to confirm that we may charge the total order including the calculated shipping charge. Shipments Outside the 48 Contiguous United States Orders to be shipped outside of the 48 Contiguous United States require credit card confirmation as well as shipping confirmation. (954) 968-3798 We will not ship orders outside of the USA without the completed Credit Card confirmation form. 944online Telephone Support Policy If you're planning on calling us to ask questions like : How does your product compare to ABC product that you don't sell? Why is your product better than ABC product? We cannot answer questions regarding products that we have never used or do not sell. There is no way we could give you a honest answer. We recommend calling the other company or vendor and asking them the same question. My mechanic screwed up installing my parts on my 944. Can you tell my mechanic that he didn't install my parts correctly so he will fix it for free? We cannot get in the middle of you and your mechanic. There are 2 things you need to ask yourself: 1) Did you supply your own parts? 2) Did you shop around to find a mechanic that would do the job the cheapest? If you did supply your own parts we hope you worked it out with your mechanic first and you didn't just show up there with them. When you supply your own parts you are taking money out of the mechanics pocket so if it hasn't been previously arranged or you don't make it worth his while what incentive does he have to do the job right? You wouldn't bring your own food to a resturant would you ? Now if you found the cheapest mechanic to do the job then you got what you paid for. Although you may have to pay a little more for somebody who has expericance working on these cars at least the job will be done right the first time. I bought one of the products you sell from another vendor and now I have a problem. Can you help me fix it? We recommend contacting the vendor or manufacturer you purchased the parts from for assistance. Unfortunately, our business model does not consist of providing free technical support for other vendors or for individuals who sell stuff on E Bay and that you can no longer get in touch with..... If you purchased the product from US - and have a problem- please give us a call. Have your Name and/or Order Number handy when you call - and we'll do what we can to help you solve the problem. 944online Core Return Policy All cores must be returned within 45 days. Any core returns received after 45 days will only be returned as store credit. Any core returns that are received after 6 months will be returned. To help you determine if your core is rebuildable we have provided a list below. If you are still not sure please feel free to call us toll free 866-944-7883. Power Steering Rack - These must be returned in one piece and free from exterior damage. Power Steering Pump - These must be returned in one piece and free from exterior damage. Water Pump - These must be returned in one piece and the housing cannot be damaged. Fuel Injector - These must be retunred in one piece and must not be leaking. Electric Air Valve - These must be retunred in one piece, free from exterior damage, and the connectors must not be damaged. Auxilary Air Valve - These must be retunred in one piece, free from exterior damage, and the connectors must not be damaged. Airflow Meter - These must be retunred in one piece, free from exterior damage, and the connectors must not be damaged. Also the plastic cap must not be tampered with. Transmission - These must be retunred in one piece and free from exterior damage. Torque Tube - These must be retunred in one piece and free from exterior damage. If the tip of the shaft that the pilot bearing rides on is worn or cone shaped the core will not be accepted. CV Axle - Axles must be returned to us in one piece. The shafts must not be twisted or have damaged teeth. Brake Caliper - These must be returned in one piece and free from damage. The pistons must not be seized in the cylinder. A/C Compressor - This must be returned in one piece. Mounting tabs cannot be broken or repaired. The clutch must not be locked up. Compressors are opened and inspected by our rebuilder if they are determined not to be rebuildable they will be returned to you. Electronic Control Unit (DME)(ECU) - These must not be opened. They must not be damaged from water, fire, or battery acid. Alternator - This must be returned to us in one piece with no external damage. Alternator must not be seized up. Starter - This must be returned to us in one piece with no external damage. Cruise Control Unit - These must not be opened. They must not be damaged from water, fire, or battery acid. Cylinder Head - Please contact us as the core policies are different depending on the year and model of the car. Front Control Arm - These must not be damaged, bent, warped, or disassembled. The ball joint must not be pulled out of the top. If your ball pin can be pulled out of the top of your control arm it will not be rebuildable. Climate Control Unit - This must be shipped back to us in one piece. Unit cannot be damaged from water or fire. Fan control switch and sliders cannot be damaged in any way. Digital Clock - These must be returned to us in one piece without any damage to the hosing or circut board. Auxilary Water Pump - These must be returned to us in one piece and not damaged. The connector must not be damaged. Idle Control Valve - These must be returned to us in one piece. The housing and connectors must not be damaged. Turbocharger - These must be returned to us in one piece and must not be damaged.
