After the car sitting for 14 yrs in the garage I rebuild the motor with new front seals, complete timing ,cam seals, oil pan gasket inspected the pickup tube installed a new o-ring for the snorkel.Reassembled everything together fresh fluids, engine starts runs perfect but no pressure oil. I inspected the gear oil sleeve didn't find anything wrong with it. I even removed the pressure relieve valve to see if oil bursts out nothing!!! what could be the problem ?

Sounds like you oil pump lost its prime. There are a few different methods for getting your oil pumped primed again.

1. Remove the oil filter and pour some oil down the hole to the oil pump.

2. Remove the coil wire and while someone is turning the car over force compressed air into the system thru the oil filler bottle. (This is the method that I use it works everytime.)

I would not recommend starting the car again until you have this issue fixed.

I also could not get my oil pump primed.  I searched around for solutions and found one that worked for me.  But it involves having a spare oil pump gear.

You can weld a deep socket to the oil pump gear and use a drill to spin the oil pump without having to spin the engine.  It took spinning it at high speed for about 15 seconds before it finally sucked up the oil.

Things that did not work for me:
- pouring oil into the holes where the oil filter mounts
- overfilling the oil level
- pressuring the engine internals
- spinning with the starter with sparks plugs removed and fuel injectors unplugged.

Ok I primed the oil pump and installed a new oil sensor after that engine got oil in the lifters no ticking. After that the oil gauge is still up to 5 bar hot or cold with the button light on and exclamatory light on. When I rev the engine to 3000 rpm the lights would turn off but the gauge was still on 5 bar any idea's ???

It might be the oil level sensor, not the oil pressure sensor causing the light to come on.

There is no oil level sensor in a 86 Porsche 944 Turbo. I decided to go all out again!! took of the oil pan and oil pump inspected the oil pickup tube and the oil pump. Purchased a new oil gear sleeve and some 574 sealant to do the job right.

Now my question is should I replace the rod bearings on a 100,000 mile car thats been sitting for 14yrs in the garage or leave them be. ????

Replace them. Anytime I have ever had a oil pan off of any 944 for any reason I have always replaced the rod bearings while I am in there. Its cheap insurance to do them now. If they fail you will be looking at a much more expensive repair.
